Oliver Wendell Holmes

(I'm guessing this applies to both genders, too.)

For me, I have always read..learning new ideas... I've kept an open mind and tried new things... Art journaling is what I picked up a few years ago and need to get back into it... Keeping abreast w/current events, exercising- my core has never been better... I've heard that reading, exercising and just being active will ward off being sedentary both physical and mentally..
